John Weber
Project Superintendent
I’ve known since the 9th grade that construction was the profession for me. I studied construction at Grants Pass High School and worked after hours and weekends for two teachers doing construction projects. After high school I entered a four year apprenticeship program through the AGC union in Medford. Over the years I’ve worked for a number of general contractors and also owned my own firm on the south coast for 6 years working 8 days a week and 29 hours a day. At Essex I am a Project Superintendent.
I met my wife on the Rogue River. She left Springfield after high school to follow an ad about a resort on the Rogue River and that’s where we met. I am an avid dirt bike rider, and like to hike and hunt.
