Tykeson family of Eugene gives $2 million for renovation of The Shedd

The multimillion-dollar renovation of the John G. Shedd Institute for the Arts in downtown Eugene just got a big financial boost.

The Tykeson family of Eugene has agreed to give The Shedd $2 million — one-fourth of a planned $8 million­ first-phase renovation of the 65,000-square-foot music school and performance center at Broadway and High Street. Click here to read more.
