Phillips joins the Essex Team

Billy Phillips has joined Essex General Construction as business development manager. He formerly was president and chief executive officer of Reynolds Electric, and before that a senior leader at Andersen Construction. Phillips has a strong resume in business development, project development, preconstruction and construction management.
