CFO Connie Rolfe Celebrates 25 Years at Essex

Twenty-five years ago, Connie joined the Essex General Construction team. As Essex has grown over the years, Connie has helped evolve its business, systems, and processes to keep pace. Her dedication to Essex and her role is unmatched. We are grateful for all you do every day, Connie! Congrats on this amazing milestone.

Connie Rolfe, CFO, CCIFP, CDT, joined Essex in February 2000. She has provided accounting services for various industries, including insurance, retail, medical, manufacturing, and construction. Construction has always been her favorite, leading her to leave her own accounting business to become a part of Essex. She loves working with the team and looks forward to the future and its possibilities.

Known for her work ethic, Connie has learned to balance work and personal life over the years. Now, she spends her evenings at home with her husband, enjoying movies, reading, gardening, and learning new things.

Visitors to her office may notice the lion-themed decor, which represents power and elegance to Connie. As a Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of Essex General Construction, she has consistently improved the firm's financial, accounting, and administrative systems. Connie focuses on reducing risk for clients and leads the administrative team, including Project Accounts, to ensure proper financial management for each project.
