Multifamily Housing

The Heartwood is the first of ten buildings in the larger Eugene River District master-planned redevelopment, which the City of Eugene began planning over 15 years ago. 

Heartwood is a new, 4-story multifamily apartment building that contains approximately 95 residential units with a leasing office and spaces that serve residents such as a common room, storage, and outdoor space on the top floor. 

The project includes a surface parking lot on the west side of the proposed building. The lot includes tuck-under parking and surface parking under the Coburg Road viaduct. The building’s primary structure includes light wood framing with structural steel.
