Portal is the second building to be constructed in the larger Eugene River District master-planned redevelopment. 

Portal is a new 4-story apartment building currently under construction with a basement on Parcel 3 B and C in the Eugene Riverfront District. The project will consist of 3 stories of wood framing over 2 levels of post-tensioned concrete with metal stud framing. The building will have 130 residential units with multiple outdoor spaces on levels 2 & 4. The building cladding is predominantly brick with fiber cement and metal siding primarily at interior facing elevations.

Construction is on schedule to be complete in Summer 2025
